The Story
Set against the backdrop of a Bronx Catholic school in 1964, Doubt is the story of a strong-minded woman faced with a difficult decision. Should she voice concerns about one of her male colleagues...even if she's not entirely certain of the truth?

History
Cherry Jones and Brķan F. O'Byrne starred in Manhattan Theatre Club's Off Broadway production of Doubt, which opened in November, 2004. It transferred to the Walter Kerr Theatre with its cast intact, marking playwright John Patrick Shanley's Broadway debut.
