The timeless tale of two sisters, pulled apart by a mysterious secret. As one young woman struggles to find her voice and harness her powers within, the other embarks on an epic adventure to bring her family together once and for all. Both are searching for love. They just don’t know how to find it.


  • EGOT (Emmy-Grammy-Oscar-Tony Award) winner Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez co-wrote the songs for the film, including "Let It Go," which won the Academy Award for Best Original Song and was performed by Tony Award-winner Idina Menzel in the film.
  • The songwriters, who are husband and wife, added additional material for the stage musical, which includes twice as many songs as the film.


Frozen premiered in an out-of-town tryout at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts in 2017. The musical is based on the 2013 Walt Disney animated film of the same title.
