The 2018 Tony Nominations

Nominations for the 72nd Annual Tony Awards will be webcast here at and on our Facebook page, live from the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts in Lincoln Center. Katharine McPhee and Leslie Odom, Jr. will deliver the announcement at 8:30am ET. We'll also post the complete list of nominees immediately afterwards.

The Nominees Meet the Press

At the annual Meet the Nominees Press Reception, the nominees speak with media outlets from around the world about their Tony Nominations. At a New York City hotel. No admission to the public--but we'll be there with video cameras!

Tuesday, May 22 

Tony Nominees Luncheon

A chance for the nominees to celebrate each other’s achievements and receive their nomination certificates. The luncheon will be held at the Rainbow Room, New York City’s iconic landmark.  No admission to the public.

June 2018

Monday, June 04 

Tony Honors Cocktail Party

Celebrating the 2018 Tony Honors for Excellence in the Theatre. The evening will also toast the 2018 Creative Arts Nominees and Special Award recipients. The event will take place at Sofitel New York. No admission to the public.

Sunday, June 10 

The 72nd Annual Tony Awards

It's Broadway's Night of Nights. The three-hour Tony Awards ceremony hosted by Broadway stars Sara Bareilles and Josh Groban will be broadcast live (ET/PT time delay) on the CBS Television Network and CBS All Access from 8:00 - 11:00 p.m. ET from Radio City Music Hall in New York City. Or stream the Tony Awards live across platforms with the CBS All Access subscription service. (Live stream is available in select markets. Visit for details. The awards will be followed by the invite-only Tony Gala.
