ABOUT THE SHOW
This new play by Nick Payne takes audiences on a mind-bending, romantic journey that begins with a simple encounter between a man and a woman. But what happens next defies the boundaries of the world we think we know—delving into the infinite possibilities of their relationship and raising questions about the difference between choice and destiny.
Constellations reunites playwright Nick Payne, director Michael Longhurst, and star Jake Gyllenhaal, who previously collaborated on the American premiere of If There Is I Haven’t Found It Yet.
This production marks the Broadway debuts of all three artists.
Constellations opened in London at the Royal Court in 2012. The play subsequently transferred to the West End and received an Olivier Award nomination as Best Play.
