For the first time ever, the Tony Awards® will present "LIVE! From the Red Carpet," a live-streamed red carpet special, helmed by TV and stage star Darren Criss, It's Shoulda Been You's Sierra Boggess, and two-time Tony nominee Laura Osnes. Criss, Osnes and Boggess will be joined by special guests including:

  • George Takei, serving as the live stream’s official fan correspondent;
  • Randi Zuckerberg as the tech/social correspondent;
  • Blake Ross as the theatre correspondent; and
  • Emilio Sosa as the fashion correspondent.

Experience the Action LIVE on Tony Night

The 2-hour, 30-minute special will air from 5:30pm to 8:00pm ET on June 7 on (bookmark this page),, and Viewers will feel like they are right in the action, enjoying interviews with the 2015 Tony Nominees from the Red Carpet as they arrive for Broadway’s biggest night.

In partnership with and Playbill, the live special will also showcase exclusive behind-the-scenes features showcasing the nominated shows and actors of 2014-2015 Broadway season. The live special will be produced by red carpet specialist Eddie Delbridge (E! Live from the Red Carpet) in conjunction with Serino/Coyne and Getty Images Video. The 2015 Tony Awards

The 2015 Tony Awards - hosted by Kristin Chenoweth and Alan Cumming – will be broadcast on Sunday, June 7, 2015 (8:00 – 11:00 p.m. ET/PT time delay) on the CBS Television Network, live from Radio City Music Hall in New York City. The Tony Awards, which honors theatre professionals for distinguished achievement on Broadway, has been broadcast on CBS since 1978. The Tony Awards are presented by The Broadway League and the American Theatre Wing.

Recent Audience Choice Award-winner Darren Criss (actor, musician and composer ) is currently starring on Broadway in the title role of Hedwig and the Angry Inch, the 2014 Tony Award winning Best Musical Revival. He recently starred as Blaine Anderson on Fox's Emmy and Golden Globe Award‐winning series Glee. He made his Broadway debut in January of 2012 as J. Pierrepont Finch in How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying. The San Francisco-native is a co-founder of StarKid Productions, a Chicago-based theatre company whose works have spurred viral hits, multiple Billboard charting cast albums, and sold-out national tours. Laura Osnes recently starred in Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Carousel at the Lyric Opera of Chicago opposite Steven Pasquale under the direction of Rob Ashford. On Broadway, Osnes has been seen in Rodgers + Hammerstein’s Cinderella (Drama Desk Award; Tony, Outer Critics Circle, and Drama League Award nominations); Bonnie and Clyde (Tony Award nomination), creating the role at Asolo Repertory Theatre and La Jolla Playhouse (San Diego Theatre Critics Circle Award); the Tony-winning revival of Anything Goes (Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle, and Astaire Award nominations); in Lincoln Center’s production of South Pacific; and her Broadway debut in the most recent revival of Grease. Other New York credits include The Threepenny Opera (Drama Desk Award nomination), directed by Martha Clarke at the Atlantic Theater  Company; Encores! productions of The Band Wagon, Randy Newman's Faust, and Pipe Dream; and a one-night-only concert of The Sound of Music at Carnegie Hall. On television, Ms. Osnes has been seen on the CBS series Elementary, in the HBO pilot The Miraculous Year (written by John Logan and directed by Kathryn Bigelow), Sondheim: The Birthday Concert at Avery Fisher Hall, HBO's documentary Six By Sondheim, and the Kennedy Center Honors salutes to Barbara Cook (2011) and Dustin Hoffman (2012). Sierra Boggess is currently starring on Broadway in It Shoulda Been You. She recently finished a limited run in The Phantom of the Opera on Broadway. Other Broadway credits include the 25th-anniversary engagement in The Phantom of the Opera, the revival of Master Class and The Little Mermaid(Drama Desk and Drama League nominations). Her London credits include Les Misérables, the 25th-anniversary concerts of The Phantom of the Opera at Royal Albert Hall and Love Never Dies (Olivier Award nomination). Other New York theater credits include Guys & Dolls at Carnegie Hall opposite Nathan Lane, Patrick Wilson and Megan Mullally; Love, Loss, and What I Wore (Off-Broadway; final cast); and Encores! production of Music in the Air. Regionally, she has been seen in Princesses (Goodspeed and 5th Avenue Theatre), and Les Misérables (national tour). Her recordings include the 25th-anniversary concert of The Phantom of the Opera (also on DVD), the symphonic recording of Love Never Dies, The Little Mermaid and Andrew Lippa’s A Little Princess. Eddie Delbridge has been producing live television for over 20 years and has produced some of the highest profile live television events in the world.
